Take pause and know that I would like to embrace you, hold your hand and let you know how much you matter! There are words to express my gratitude and respect for each of You who is honoring yourself smiling as we move forward towards our commitment to rising above all of the earthly dramas taking place on this planet.

Every time we are not in the moment and judging what is we are creating there is more pain for ourselves. When we resist anything there is suffering. It is pushing again the tide/flow. We are not going with the flow of what is. There in lies the rub. There's the pain. And, pain just hurts.

The wonderful happenstance of my life unfolding has definitely been led by a Divine Force/Grace that one cannot even begin to put language to.

Creating transformation, healing consciously and learning to Love ourselves may be the greatest accomplishment and the biggest challenge we ever face in this lifetime.

We are at a huge precipice where we are now accepting what is, and letting go of what was, so we can create the space for what will be!

Creating/Being/Offering Sanctuary has never been so important…Just think about the continuous physical and emotional wear-and-tear/trauma you have endured in this present lifetime of yours…in the last few years…in the last few months.

Happy New Year! Welcome aboard! Please take pause and know you have now landed in the new and improved Universe. The sky is the limit!

Collectively and individually we are all the new seekers. We are attempting as never before to walk the incredible, diverse and severe path of the 'eye-of-the-needle!' Seeking to go beyond all our limitation, all that we have ever known, and taking the risk of getting out of our collective boxes at this very intense level by cracking through all that was familiar as well as the collective and ancestral codes that are implanted in our DNA.
