The evolution of the Expanded Self is not easy task, and yet this is where we have landed. More expanded, amplified and evolved! However, even being awake, we struggle to stay conscious! It's tantamount to being on a seesaw. We go back and forth trying to quiet our pain and fear. It’s a full-time job! One of the most difficult of livelihoods: perpetually waking. Certainly, we struggle so hard to be here, to stay here!
Now when no one is certain what is coming next, we can feel the overwhelm of uncertainty in so many aspects of life; spiritually, physically, emotionally and cosmically. Through any crisis we either become a bigger soul or we become a smaller person. Our Soul sees these new opportunities as another occasion to allow ourselves to create a bigger self. Each time we reach a critical moment in our life, our Soul hopes that we are about to change, to evolve, to become a bigger and better person.
Our new path is letting go of how you thought your life was going to be and surrender to the life that is being integrated into your consciousness!

We stand at the precipice of being not only the most challenged, but the most conscious/aware Beings ever to have walked Planet Earth!
Many of us are feeling the most intense energies now, especially because everything in our world seems to be so much more contracting instead of expanding!
The conditions in which we are now finding ourselves are the gateways to discovering the genuine purpose of our lives. In times of uncertainty the only thing to be certain of is our own inner strength and truth.
Spirituality is the practice of letting go of everything. When our Hearts are open we think, feel and do things differently. We are Heart-centered. We don't have to think about it, we are just aligned with a higher vibration and our thoughts and actions are aligned with a higher frequency.
We are being asked to re-enchant and re-imagine our world, and to see it with a new vision. A new attitude. This call for more Love is Universal.
Soul work doesn't seem to be highly recognized nor appreciated in our culture. It means letting go of what I thought I was to become and re-discovering who I truly am beneath all those layers of false perceptions and pain.
