When asked about the world at large, Michael Meade was quoted as saying the word ‘liminal’ (relating to a transitional or initial stage of a process), comes to mind.  In anthropology, liminality is the quality of ambiguity or disorientation that occurs in the middle stage of a rite of passage, when participants no longer hold their pre-ritual status but have not yet begun the transition to the status they will hold when the rite is complete. For all of us we are at the threshold. We are individually and collectively In between worlds!

Now at the precipice with these fast and incredible new frequencies we are invited to continue to course-correct and make powerful new choices that will create the foundation for our new life/world!

Simply put, our deep discomfort physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually is the result of adjusting to our new world. Why do we all feel anxious?  Before the pandemic we all had a proclivity towards anxiety, now after Covid we are literally feeling the weight of not only our own anxiety but the collective consciousness of the Universe!  We are all submerged in a liminal state. Since we can no longer handle or figure out things the way we once did before the pandemic, since that world has left us with a huge space to fill up as we wish. Especially since nature abhors a vacuum! As we continue to cross the river of change and despite feeling the weight of the world on our shoulders, rest assure that in surrendering without resisting we can break through and shift into our new superhuman design. After all aren’t we the Miracle Manifestors creating our new world moment-to-moment!

As a result of all that is happening and one of the many things we can do that is even more important than ever before is to let go of our monkey mind. This is when there is no option except to transition from letting Mind be in charge – constantly trying to make sense of or second guess what could happen so you can manipulate it – to opening your High Heart and allowing what is to be as it is.  Real liberation isn’t something to wait for – it comes in an instant as soon as you stop seeing it all as disruption and re-frame it as a much needed breath of fresh air. Under such potent deep space frequencies, if you don’t make permanent changes from within, they will be made for us from outside!

As a result, if you feel hollow, alone, and frightened it is perfectly normal because our monkey mind is fearful of fully claiming anything that in any way is different!

Perhaps, you too may have all felt at one time or another that you were being punished in this lifetime for being your own authentic self; however, this is a different time and now the playing field has changed as we become the new super-humans. It is truly a paradox because our greatest challenge/trauma can be our most precious gift. My trauma brought me my life’s purpose. Spiritual activist and author, Andrew Harvey once wrote three words that can change a life, “Follow your heartbreak.”  What had torn me down the most put me on the path of my true calling. I would probably have never known the joy, honor and appreciation I receive from writing these musings to you week after week. We cannot ascend until we whole-hardheartedly feel and heal the pain of where and when we have descended. In order to celebrate our ascension we must first mourn and feel the grief, the experience of our descent and/or dark night of the soul!

Once we unpack what that heartbreak is, we can then go out and help others so that they never have to suffer to the same degree. We are here to feel, heal and then share it with all the hearts that we are Graced to meet! We learn through pain what kindness and compassion truly are. I never would be the person I have grown to be…The passion for what I do could never have been taught, it had to be experienced through many heart breaking experiences. Now when I ask the Divine for help, the windows of opportunity continue to open up more and more. “The only way to offset the outrageous pain today is with outrageous love!” We don’t grow because of the obstacles in our lives, we grow from them. The time has come for all of us to heal our lives, aligning with our hearts and follow our intuition from there.

We now have at our fingertips so many new tools and techniques to up-grade and reboot ourselves as we are breaking the habits of being our old selves. We don’t have to return to that old way of thinking, feeling and being. Especially in this new dimension we are on a different channel and it just doesn’t work any longer.

In the wonderful book, ‘The Monkey Is The Messenger’, author Ralph De La Rosa is asking us, “With regards to the monkey mind, it poses the question: What purpose could it possibly be serving? What is it trying to tell us? The monkey is asking you to go deeper with your life. The monkey is showing you what a life lived on autopilot looks and feels like, and it’s asking you if you’re really content with that?”

De La Rosa goes on to say, “In Hinduism, Maya, the goddess of illusion, is the personification of deceit—a trickster force of nature who bedevils us humans into living in samsara. The word samsara points to the cyclic, repetitive way things seem to work in the material world (e.g., the cycle of the seasons in each year). Samsara is fueled by our blind belief that material gain and hedonic pleasure will satisfy us in some lasting way (which is also the subliminal message of every advertisement you’ve ever seen). The problem is, lasting happiness can never come from a world in which all things are temporary. Thus, the end result of chasing samsara is frustrations, disappointments, and tragedies that we seem to revisit again and again.  As we exhaust ourselves chasing after self-centered and superficial rewards; and as we start to see the impossibility of our quest to avoid pain and maintain an unbroken continuum of good feelings, we become fed up with the status quo of things. We tend to start to ask deeper questions about life’s meaning and purpose. At the end of the day, Maya’s deceptions are for our own good. Her service to the divine is to drive us to disillusionment with the material world so that we might develop higher aspirations.”

As we stand on the brink of a new way of being, it is essential that we use our awareness into anchoring a new state of receivership. The universe always wants more for us than we can want for ourselves. Since our own self-resurrection is where we need to focus on at this time, ending the separation inside ourselves and come into a state of self-acceptance, these tools are our life-boats for our sanity and for our soul. I invite you to continue to keep asking the Divine to reveal herself to you in whatever form you may need in that moment. For myself I AM asking, “How do I love myself more, to allow myself to receive, and to continue to have my Entourage of Angels to assist me in co-creating infinite insight, strength, patience, clarity, peace courage, resilience, confidence, as well receiving excellent health, faith, trust and prosperity as I transcend all limited thinking!
