Hallelujah! We made it through one of the most intense and challenging seasons ever devised by the Gods. The wild, the weird and the trailblazers who are continuing to map their own journey, to ride the waves on their own seas and for those who wander but are certainly not lost! For you, the leaders, the way–showers and the heart driven star-seeds who are searching and living the truth of their own hearts, thank you all for walking the road less traveled, and living your passion with purpose.
As we stand at the precipice of being not only the most challenged but the most conscious/aware Beings ever to have walked Planet Earth! Thank you for staying awake and nourishing your souls, not starving your destinies, and beating to your own drum, daring to be, and manifesting miracles.
The incredible beauty and truth of this awesome journey of discovery and transcendence that we are now mysteriously finding ourselves in is beyond language. It is beyond the beyond. In this vast playground of opportunities we are being given the teachings from the most high. What’s more, because our attitude makes all the difference, we are creating all of this magic by focusing on Love and Light – which is the most profound experience of all human realities. And once we find that sacred space of Divine Love and walk in its presence it begins to speak to us through every circumstance, taking hold and deepening not only into our own hearts but drawing us to continually seek it in others.
With all the excitement of the holiday season surrounding us it also takes great discipline and spiritual maturity to witness the collective shadow of humanity while keeping our hearts open. Calling forth a great resolve of everything in us to stay centered when everything seems out of balance. Carl Jung said that, “Change requires three things: insight, endurance and action. It is a revised perspective about who we are or how our world works.”
We now have learned through our own experiences that crisis ignites evolution. Without the darkness we would never experience the light. We are all fully experiencing the greatest adventure in human history – conscious evolution. As the famous author and pioneer Bruce Lipton writes, “We are now forced to let go and shed that image that we were victims and now we evolve to responsible co-creators. We must cultivate the confidence of knowing who we truly are.”
Ready or not, we are all being forced to dive deeper into our own unique adventure down the rabbit hole. To dig down and deep and continue to go further and further. To have bravado and cultivate our courage as never before.
It is my belief that more than ever in 2023, we have all been broken open in ways we could never have imagined. Through Divine intervention we have survived and thrived through a lot of pain and trauma only to grow and ascend higher. Even though feeling lost and confused, without a map to guide us in this new world we have courageously paved a new path to a future that has not yet been imagined-must less written about.
Whatever we wish to experience and manifest, if we start in the realm of form from our old mind consciousness, trying to fix and control our lives, we end up living someone else’s life and ultimately disappoint ourselves since we are not being our own authentic selves. When we create our own path, we have our own unique experience which not only empowers us with a deep sense of purpose but as grounded us as well into being the deliberate creators we were born to be!
We now have the potential to create a new normal that is making it possible to thrive beyond our wildest dreams. However, the one key we require to unlock that door is that we have to be willing to change our perspective of who and what we are. Many are still unaware of our own power and that we have now become the bridge between heaven and earth. Taking baby steps and learning to cross the bridge from the world that is saying bye-bye into the new world that is not quite here yet requires a new perception. The essential and necessary revolution must happen within ourselves. In’s a vertical process going inward and not outward!
After experiencing my own ‘Dark night of the Soul’ a few weeks ago I now see how everything depends on our attitude – our attitude toward ourselves. It is essential for all of us to no longer diminish ourselves and now claim ourselves in a new way, not judging, shaming or blaming ourselves feeling we should be this or that. It’s time to sing a new song and tell ourselves a happily ever after new story.
I began changing the story I was telling myself. And, that made all the difference in my world! What is your new sound-track going to feel and sound like? This new way of being not only transforms ourselves but everything that is all around us. It’s simple, not easy. Why? Because when we are in our heads we are dead. Up until now we have let our heads lead the way. Now we must see with the eyes of our heart.
Old outworn parts of me have died off. Moreover, when I look at what I have gained, what has become sacred, I feel so grateful. As a mediator for many years, now more than ever I so appreciate and know how essential it is for me to treasure this sacred time to take a step back and allow myself the necessary space to reflect on what I care about most. I am that I AM. A Jewish Yogi, who prays to everyone who listens. Some days I feel like a monk, for all I want to do is to thank my Angels, Guides and Higher Self for all that I AM and for all that I can do to alleviate not only my suffering but the suffering of all human beings. I have been graced with so many earth-angels flying in my orbit. What’s more, because of my dedication and the intention to share these tools, to do the work and to serve what’s best for my higher self or something even better I am manifesting what feels aligned with the most benevolent outcome for All of US. How lucky Am I?
Up until now we have lived and experienced a world that worshiped limitations and what is not possible! I believe no matter what will come – no matter how harsh, challenging or uncomfortable, something wonderful is happening now.
On that note, I am realizing we cannot do this journey alone. In order to change, we have to let go of who we think we are. Nothing is more important than to learn, grow and share our gifts. Therefore, I want more than ever to assist those of you who are looking for someone to assist them as they are growing/ascending. Either with ascension symptoms from all these energies swirling around to how to stop sabotaging ourselves, feeling paralyzed to move forward.

This is our work. It isn’t for the faint of heart. Therefore know when you start to integrate all the good, bad and the ugly and step courageously into the unknown, the universe will support us in ways we could never imagine. We are the miracles and blessings that Love created us from. A new humanity awaits us all – we were born for this time!
I wish you all the most incredible and magnificent holiday season you can ever imagine. Keep shining your brilliant Light and Love. Keep loving yourself more. And then even more. For it is the love that reminds us of our worthiness just for existing. As Mary Magdalene wrote in her gospels, “The presence of that love that knows us by our heart only. The presence of love that some of us only find, again and again when everything else has left us.”
I have heard that the amount of Light that is working on our behalf would blow our minds. The unrest is going to play out and we each have a choice what we want to believe in. As we are taking our power back, remember even though we can’t see it, the dark side is not going to win. It might get louder; however it is going to dissolve. The Light is going to win.
Paraphrasing from the brilliant book, ‘Einstein and the Rabbi’, Naomi Levy writes, My hope for all of you is to follow your soul’s path on its journey. May it lead you to a path of peace as you uncover your true work, your true love. Give yourself time to make a prayer that will become the prayer of your soul. Ask yourself how to Love yourself even more. Listen to the voices of longing in your soul. Give attention to the unexpected that lives around the rim of your heart. Listen to the memory and to the voices of those near you and those you have lost. Out of all of that attention to your soul, make a prayer that is big enough for your wild and wonderful soul that has enough healing to gain the essence of divine forgiveness for your wounds; enough truth and courage to challenge your blindness and complacency; enough graciousness and vision to mirror your immortal beauty. Write a prayer that is worthy of the destiny to which you have been called. Knowing at the end of the day it brings to you so many blessings including but certainly not limited to knowing you lived the life you were born to live!
