As we are going through changes in epic proportions, all of us in one way or another are having to face our own shadows; ‘The Dark Night of the Soul’! Everything that we as the collective and as individuals have held on to and suppressed since the beginning of time is now coming up to be reckoned with!
How do we heal?
As John Lennon wrote in ‘Imagine’, “Imagine all the people living for today. Imagine there’s no countries. It isn’t hard to do. Nothing to kill or die for and no religion too. Imagine all the people living life in peace!”
The universe is prompting us to disconnect from all of the stuff we have been through and everything is coming up from who we are and who we have been to who we have the right to be. Once we empty out the old and to begin stripping everything away, we create the field for all our new dreams, ventures and ideas to be manifested. And, it is all an inside job. The entire path is being created from within our own true selves. As I also have said many times, “If you don’t go within, you go without.”
To paraphrase the teacher, Michael Mirdad, to begin with, first we have to see what masks we have put on ourselves. We cannot heal the world if we don’t begin with healing ourselves. And, if we don’t own what is not authentic in ourselves we are never going to find that peace. The first layer is to know where those false masks are that we put on ourselves to show up to be who we thought we were suppose to be. We cannot rise to the level of spirit until we rise to the level of our soul.
The cliff note version of healing is to first know whatever happens, be willing to look at it. Rather than stuffing it back. How do we know? Begin with being conscious of patterns. Perhaps, you may see it as a pattern of abandonment, betrayal, abuse, trauma, ect.
Don’t beat yourself up over it, just see it. What kind of things hurt you? What are the patterns? What tends to make you get angry? Anger is not a core emotion, it is a symptom. When you get angry, what is it really about? Why does something hit us? When you start getting to the roots of the event you may notice it is a belief system in the heart. When you shift your awareness and do some self-inquiry, see what comes up. Take pause and know it is our soul helping us to see what we need to heal. This is what the Awakening is all about, awakening to Who We Are as Human Angels and reflecting upon our own truth and wisdom. The Shamans have a great adage, ‘We need to feel it to Heal it!’

To thine own self be true. Make a choice. Either you are a spiritual being or you are not. It really isn’t that hard of a choice to make especially since we are all Spirit! The choice is clear. You are a spiritual being. As physical beings, we limit ourselves to a world of strife, challenges and suffering. However, being a spiritual beings, when we create a strong spiritual infrastructure, the hardships of the world cannot hurt us.
As Alan Cohen write, “Our highest destiny is to know ourselves as divine beings, whole, perfect, and blessed, heirs to the soul fulfillment bestowed upon us by God. We must lift our eyes beyond the world defined by time, space, and bodies. While life appears trapped in unhappy forms, or the spark of life leaves a body, there is far more to life than forms and bodies contain. They are the vehicles through which life expresses, but they are not the sum of life or its source. We yearn to return to the great I Am from which we came. Our journey through the physical world is fleeting. The Earth is not our home. We are all just visiting this planet. Eventually we will tire of searching for answers where they cannot be found, and find answers within us, where they live. Yet we can elevate the world to a heavenly experience if we change our mind about it. When we know ourselves as souls more than bodies, our connection with ourselves, each other, and God replaces painful separation. Heaven is not a place we go. It is the discovery of what we are. In the meantime, we each follow the path before us as a parent, teacher, artist, entrepreneur, caregiver, friend, carpenter or any other role to which your soul is guided. Your calling is no accident. There is a place and a role for you in the world. You do not need to leave the world to find enlightenment. Many enlightened beings passionately participate in life. Never discount or deny your heart’s desire to express your unique talent, passion, and vision.”
Now, all of US ‘Old Souls’ are being called to integrate this new energy and knowledge and to keep downloading those intuitive messages that are calling out to us moment-by-moment so we can go out into the world and share these truths with others. When our mind and our hearts are in alignment, we are unstoppable. We are here to learn, grow and then share our unique and magnificent selves! As the great Joseph Campbell wrote,“All the gods, all the heavens, all the worlds are within us!”
Moreover, know you are not going crazy. We are literally between two big eclipses. Take pause and know as Archangel Michael has decreed, “You came here to experience the Mastery of your Soul. When things get difficult, surrender to the love and power of Creator. The mastery is not figuring out what you can do, but allowing for the almighty love of Creator to come into your life, through you. Then, let Creator guide you what to do next. BE-come a Divine Force of Love of Creator in every thought, feeling, word and action. When you feel overwhelmed: surrender to the love of Creator. Simply allow for the Divine Plan of Creator to unfold in your life. We are walking beside you, every step of the way. Dear Ones, you are loved beyond measure. Always.
